Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of 48hrs notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Less than this will incur a £50 cancellation fee. However if no notice is given and we travel to the address supplied at the agreed appointment time to find no one is present for us to complete the clean or no access/parking is available you will be liable for the full agreed price.
Payment: Payment can be made on the day by either cash or debit/credit card whilst we are on site.
